Coker University is seeking a qualified Clinical Nursing Faculty/Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our nursing faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.
Responsibilities:- Teach nursing clinical and simulation courses, as well as didactic courses as needed.
- Assist students with advising and practicum placement.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing academic programs.
- Apply evidence-based practices to student success initiatives.
- Develop simulation scenarios that stress clinical reasoning.
- Master's or Doctoral degree preferred for clinical faculty position; Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience may be considered for clinical instructor position.
- Successful teaching and preceptor experience in a healthcare setting.
- Critical Care, Pediatric, Obstetric, or Psychiatric background preferred.
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice as a registered nurse in South Carolina.
