Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care following established patient care philosophy and hospital policies. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively. Work collaboratively with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery. Engage in ongoing education and training to remain current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher in Nursing or a related field. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Desired certifications include CEN, CCRN, RN-BC, and CPAN. Compensation and benefits include a competitive salary range of $63,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
