Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in med/surg and/or critical care units at our healthcare facility. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition services, mentoring and training staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nutrition care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nutrition interventions.
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Mentor and train staff on nutrition-related topics, including the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, including data analysis and development of best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of nutrition services.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credential, with eligibility to become registered within 120 days of hire.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
