Job Title: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to provide part-time inpatient nutrition care at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in med/surg and/or critical care units, be well-versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification, and work two weekends per month and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage, or as per department needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nutrition care to patients in med/surg and/or critical care units
  • Be well-versed in the Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification
  • Work two weekends per month and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage, or as per department needs
  • Complete quality improvement/PI and special projects as assigned
  • Mentor and train staff and dietetic interns
  • Assist with food service management as needed
  • Efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient services responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian credential (required)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff
