Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on single family homes, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects and service requests.
  • Use company tools and equipment as directed, and follow all required safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Complete resident service requests in a timely manner, providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist with upkeep of all assets to meet company quality standards.
  • Handle emergency service requests on a rotational basis.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Use company tools and equipment as directed and in accordance with all required safety standards.
  • Coordinate with assigned personnel and/or other trades for the purpose of completing projects and service requests efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Strong aptitude with computers, internet, and network phone systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; two to five years' previous experience in a maintenance role preferred.
  • HVAC certification preferred; at least two years of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience required.
  • Must have own tools; company will provide larger equipment as needed.
  • Pass a motor vehicle, drug screen, credit, and criminal background check.
