Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiovascular Technologist to work in our Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms and peripheral angiograms
  • Operate and maintain cardiovascular equipment, including angiography machines and ultrasound devices
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote cardiovascular health
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency
Requirements
  • ARRT or RCIS certification
  • CPR and ACLS certification
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds and stand for long periods
