Position Title: Infrastructure Project Engineer

Overview:
The Infrastructure Project Engineer will play a crucial role in establishing our new office and will have the chance to contribute significantly to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction of various infrastructure projects including buildings, bridges, roads, and utility systems.
- Direct field crew activities and provide expert guidance to stakeholders regarding engineering requirements.
- Utilize design software and tools to create and communicate project designs effectively.
- Evaluate the integrity of materials and structures through testing and analysis.
- Establish design specifications by calculating load requirements and other critical parameters.
- Plan projects based on comprehensive analysis of relevant data such as blueprints and survey reports.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project-related topics including environmental assessments.
- Estimate necessary materials, equipment, and labor to assess project costs.
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance of completed projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and related software.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations pertinent to engineering projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a blend of creativity and analytical thinking.

Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Licensure is preferred but not essential.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites and navigate construction areas.
