Firmware Engineer - Develop Innovative Medical Devices

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

In this role, you will work with our client to design and develop cutting-edge firmware for medical devices. As a skilled Embedded Firmware Specialist, you will analyze system requirements, develop efficient firmware solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.

  • Analyze system requirements and develop firmware solutions for systems involving multiple sensors and actuators.
  • Write, debug, and optimize C code for embedded Arm Cortex MCUs (working on an STM32 microcontroller).
  • Assess existing codebases, identify areas for improvement, and fix bugs.

You will be working on projects that require strong proficiency in C programming for embedded systems, hands-on experience with Arm Cortex microcontrollers, and a solid understanding of communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI). If you have experience developing firmware for medical devices or other regulated industries, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic environment.
