Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in Mammography procedures, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining the highest standards of radiation safety.
Key Responsibilities- Successfully perform screening and diagnostic clinical procedures with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Follow established radiation safety protocols for patients and staff.
- Manage the routine use and the QC requirements of the equipment.
- Provide appropriate patient care for patient needs.
- Demonstrate professional practice standards.
- Provide leadership in maintaining the MQSA standards.
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology and registered Radiologic Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
- Must actively work toward registry and licensure in Mammography and Bone Densitometry as required by MQSA and the ND state NDMIRT.
- Basic Life Support Certification (CPR- Healthcare Provider) within 480 hours of employment and meets re-certification as required.
- Registered Radiologic/Mammography/ ND state NDMIRT.
- Preference for one year experience as a Mammography Technologist.
- Preference for Bone Densitometry experience.
