Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HBAR Bartender to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with all necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages to guests in accordance with our Beverage Standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages, supplies, and equipment, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, credit card processing, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Previous Bartending Experience: 1+ year of experience in a bartending role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of Beverages: In-depth knowledge of cocktails, beers, and other beverages, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
