About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct daily work assignments and tasks performed by maintenance technicians and grounds personnel.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities, including guestrooms, common areas, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and related equipment.
  • Perform quality inspections and monitor, maintain, and test emergency and life safety systems.
  • Record and maintain various logs and preventative maintenance records.
  • Lead emergency repairs to plumbing, kitchen, and other building equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of building and/or property maintenance experience.
  • Technical diploma or 5-7 years of experience in building and/or property maintenance.
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
