Position Overview
A key duty of this role involves conducting surveys with economically disadvantaged parents through virtual platforms to evaluate toddler sleep patterns, behavioral issues, and overall family dynamics as part of a randomized controlled trial. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure effective execution of these responsibilities.


Community Engagement
The individual will spearhead community-focused participant recruitment initiatives for this project and will perform initial screening surveys with parents via telephone.


Data Management
The technician will be tasked with creating data dictionaries, executing data cleaning processes, and performing analysis using R software. Additionally, the employee will assist in the preparation of manuscripts and handle various administrative duties.


Preferred Qualifications
While familiarity with R software and proficiency in Spanish are advantageous, they are not mandatory.


Educational Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree along with 1-3 years of relevant work experience is required.
