We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dietary Research Technician to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting research studies on the Translational & Clinical Research Centers (TCRC) on White 12/13 (MGH main campus).
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and package weighed diet recipes and food items for large multi-site outpatient feeding studies.
- Assist with data entry of food intake and other duties associated with Metabolism & Nutrition Research on the TCRC.
- Maintain high-quality food service standards for safety and sanitation.
- Work collaboratively with research staff to ensure the success of research studies.
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years college credits with emphasis in Nutrition or related field.
- ServSafe certification desirable.
- Baking/cooking skills required.
- CITI certification desirable.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced research environment with a team of experienced professionals. The position requires flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
