IoT Network Engineer

Musco Sports Lighting is seeking an experienced IoT Network Engineer to join our team. As an IoT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing network configurations and edge-based solutions for our IoT devices.
You will work closely with our engineering, operations, and key customers to ensure that our IoT solutions meet their requirements. Your expertise in data network security technologies will be crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of our IoT devices.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about IoT technology and has a strong background in network engineering and computer science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement network configurations and edge-based solutions for IoT devices
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and key customers to ensure IoT solutions meet requirements
- Ensure data network security technologies are implemented to secure IoT devices
- Configure and analyze solutions on a wide variety of IoT devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve IoT-related incidents
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in network engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in deploying IoT technologies
- Knowledge and awareness of IoT gateway products, agents, sensors, and devices
- Experience in managing devices remotely and maintaining device inventory
- Experience working on Linux & Windows
- Knowledge of PowerShell or Linux Shell scripting and C++, C#, Python
- Experience with the AWS IoT (or similar) framework is preferred
