Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse, LDRP
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to expectant mothers and their families.
**Responsibilities:**
* Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
* Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering patient care
* Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and families
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
* Prior nursing experience or CNA experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
