Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and efficient clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and manage day-to-day clinical operations
- Assume direct patient care if necessary and be accountable for patient outcomes
- Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing individualized care to patients and families
- Teach, mentor, and counsel new and experienced staff on clinical and customer loyalty skills
- Take lead on clinical performance management and promote professional growth and development
- Current professional nursing licensure in the state of IL required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an appropriate clinical setting required; prior management experience preferred
