Warehouse Stocker

Job Summary:

Restaurant Depot is seeking a skilled Warehouse Stocker - Aisle Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking product on shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides prompt and courteous customer service to internal and external customers

Removes boxes from pallets and places them on shelves, ensuring accurate inventory levels

Organizes and front-faces items on shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment

Performs regular inspections to meet HACCP regulations and ensures compliance with company policies

Assists in reviewing inventory for product rotation daily to prevent shrinkage and damages

Ensures shelf pricing is accurate and reflects the most recent pricing

Maintains a clean and safe work environment by following a regular maintenance schedule of scrubbing and pulling out pallets and cleaning underneath

Continuously reviews the status of department floors for safety hazards and promptly addresses any issues

Works with Hi-Lo operators to ensure the selling floor remains stocked and safe by promptly returning overstock pallets to the overhead reserves

Promptly informs supervisors of any low stock or out-of-stock merchandise

Physical Demands:

Walking/standing on concrete for up to 10 hours/day

Frequently turning, standing, reaching, stooping, and/or bending

Frequently pushing/pulling objects 500 to 1,500 lbs.

Frequently lifting/carrying objects more than 60 lbs.

Work Environment:

Requires frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures

Equipment in motion (forklifts, electric pallet jacks, scooters)

Performs other work-related duties as required and assigned

May be required to work in other departments as needed
