Job Overview

The Chace People team is seeking an exceptional, bilingual Spanish/English-speaking Housekeeper to join our UHNW client between their two main family residences in Boca Raton and Wellington, Florida, USA.

This is a full-time, permanent position and a complete package (including medical, holiday allowance and sick pay) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep cleaning of the full property, including attention to detail and fast-paced work
  • Taking care of pets on site, ensuring their comfort and well-being
  • Assisting with service and cleaning down afterwards, maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Turn-down service, ensuring the property is prepared for the next day
  • Laundry and ironing, working alongside a dedicated Laundress to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
  • Wardrobe maintenance, ensuring clothing is organized and pressed
  • Working knowledge of various fine surfaces and materials, using appropriate products to maintain their condition
  • Constant detailing and maintenance of the different areas within the property, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization
  • Helping other team members, working collaboratively to achieve a high standard of service
  • Packing and unpacking, ensuring a smooth transition between locations
  • Daily cleaning and organization of the storage and pantry, maintaining a high level of tidiness
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and fast on your feet, with a high level of professionalism
  • Highly professional and discreet, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced working in VIP households, Superyachts or Luxury Hotels, with a high level of adaptability
  • Able to learn quickly, be flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic
  • A team player who sees what needs to be done and gets it done, with a high level of initiative
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for commuting between two main residences
