Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient and ambulatory care teams at UW Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and play a vital role in our commitment to delivering exceptional patient and family experiences.
Responsibilities- Perform annual physical exams and manage the health maintenance needs of our family medicine population.
- Care for the acute and chronic needs of patients from newborn to elderly.
- Perform telemedicine visits and routine clinical procedures independently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's or Doctorate's degree from an accredited Nursing Program (if Nurse Practitioner) or a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited PA Program (if Physician Assistant).
- Active licensure and certification in the state(s) of practice, including prescriptive authority.
- Active board certification as a NP or PA in the area of clinical practice.
- An active DEA license or the ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
