Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of quality medical care under the supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s)
  • Work in conjunction with clinical support staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Meet the education requirements, licensure, certification, and registration as outlined below
Education Requirements/Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • State of Wisconsin RN license
  • Master of Science degree or equivalent
  • National Certification (AANP, ANCC, NCB/PNP, or NCC)
  • State of Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) Certification
  • ACLS certification preferred
  • OR State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant License required
  • National Certification (NCCPA) required
  • ACLS certification preferred
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, days. No weekends or holidays.

Full-Time Equivalent (FTE):
