Responsibilities
  • Work in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Track the wellbeing of residents, including physical and mental health
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history
  • Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects
  • Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable facility
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved LPN educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
