Job Summary

Clinical Pharmacist – Pediatrics

32 hours per week, rotating day and evening shifts with every fourth weekend commitment

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide care to patients within Pediatric and Maternal/Fetal care areas from the dedicated pediatric pharmacy satellite.
  • Responsibilities beyond patient care activities include areas of formulary management, drug information, practice advancement, process development and coordination of associated EHR enhancements.
  • Collaborate with pediatric medicine residents and healthcare professionals across other disciplines.
  • Pursue opportunities to serve as a mentor and educator for pharmacy residents and/or pharmacy students, train and provide education for pharmacy staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree.
  • Registered Pharmacist in Maryland.
