Job Summary: As a Bulk Folder at Vestis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and storage of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise the tables to facilitate linen folding.
  • Fold a variety of items, including linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and fender/seat covers, to meet quality standards.
  • Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet specified quality standards, including items with rips, tears, holes, and stains.
  • Accurately verify merchandise quantity and bundles by type to ensure accurate storage and inventory management.
  • Place bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maneuver full and empty baskets, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy baskets and merchandise.
