Job Summary

Aramark Uniform Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bulk Folder Operator to join our team in an industrial laundry facility. As a Bulk Folder Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling merchandise into and out of the facility, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise tables
  • Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers
  • Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting quality standards
  • Accurately verify merchandise quantity and bundle by type
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions
  • Working knowledge of basic math skills
  • Good verbal and/or written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet attendance schedule
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and cold conditions as well as dust and noise. Work is based on a shift schedule, and may include weekends. Overtime is required as needed.

Benefits

Aramark Uniform Services offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, vision, and pension. Employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation, and 8 hours of floating holiday time yearly. Employees will also receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.27, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
