Accounts Payable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at PeopleShare. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, including journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
  • Associate's degree in business or accounting preferred.
