Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 depending on location and experience.
About the Job: We are seeking an ambitious Junior Construction Project Manager who can oversee construction projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely completion, within budget and to the satisfaction of clients. You will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
