About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our K-12 construction projects in Seattle, WA.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to oversee the entire construction process for K-12 school projects from ground-breaking to final closeout. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines.
  • E nsuring compliance with local, state, and federal construction standards.
  • Oversight of quality control measures to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
  • Maintaining regular communication with project managers, school officials, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

You will be the primary point of contact for all construction-related matters, addressing and resolving any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in managing K-12 construction projects or similar institutional projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and local building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
