Job Title: Quantitative Solutions Director

About the Role:

The KYC Client Outreach Quantitative Solutions team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive meaningful impact and enhance existing processes and related data needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process automation, data analysis, and ETL development, with a focus on banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with business partners to proactively identify, design, develop, test, and maintain automation of business processes. They will also coordinate development across stakeholder groups and influence decision making across the full lifecycle of projects. Additionally, they will serve as lead architect and escalation point for maintenance issues, develop and maintain Dash web applications, and design and implement relational databases in Impala.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics/Data Science, or a related quantitative field. They will also have 8+ years of working experience in process automation, data analysis, and/or ETL development, with a focus on banking and financial services. They will have demonstrable experience in the banking industry, with a solid understanding of banking processes, financial regulations, and risk management principles. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and advanced proficiency in Python with minimum 2 years of programming experience.
