- Order Fulfillment
- Build all orders correctly for each ticket, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Kitchen Maintenance
- Keep station stocked and clean, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Sweep and mop behind the line, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Team Collaboration
- Work well as part of a team in a kitchen, collaborating with front of house staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
- Teamwork and Communication
- Must be able to work well as part of a team in a kitchen and work well with the front of house staff.
- Punctuality and Attendance
- Must be able to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule.
- Procedure Adherence
- Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures.
- Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Cleaning and Sanitation
- Must be able to perform cleaning duties, including wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping.
- Lifting and Mobility

- Experience and Certifications
- Must have prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Food handler's card.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
