POS Professional Office Services, Inc. is seeking a Printing Press Technician to join our dynamic production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operates printing machinery while minimizing waste and adhering to safety protocols as outlined by company standards.
  • Prepares and fine-tunes the press according to job specifications, including adjustments for thermographic printing as necessary. Continuously monitors registration and alignment throughout the production run.
  • Reviews job packets to verify all materials, ensuring production quantities, stock types, ink colors, and printing placements are accurately documented. Completes and signs all job packets.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • Experience in a print production environment.
  • Commitment to quality and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proven productivity skills.
  • Consistent attendance record.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Typical working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Compensation starts at an hourly rate between $16.50 and $19.00, based on experience, with opportunities for two raises within the first year.
