About the Role

Catholic Health Service is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Mercy Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of clinical and research procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative.
  • Produce and evaluate CT images for technical quality, properly identify images and patients, and effectively use judgment for protocols and procedures.
  • Oversee medication administration, including documentation of contrast media delivery.
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an accredited two-year program in radiologic technology.
  • ARRT registration and NYS DOH Radiology license required; CT certificate preferred.
  • Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Axial Tomography preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60.00 per hour. In addition to the estimated base pay, employees are eligible for generous benefits packages, tuition assistance, a defined benefit pension plan, and a culture that supports professional and educational growth.
