As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and designing a wide range of land development projects and public works projects for various industrial, commercial, and residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project research, plan production, and construction administration efforts.
  • Lead a team of engineers and drafters to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project work plans and schedules, and coordinate client management and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare and review project reports and performance metrics to track project progress and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality initiatives and adhere to Huitt-Zollars' Core Values and Leadership Competencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Civil3D, with experience in producing accurate and complete construction plans and reports.
