Job Summary

">

We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to work in our Residential program at our headquarters in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a valid NC LPN or LPN from another state that participates in the multistate nurse licensure compact.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Administer medication to clients according to medical orders.">
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping, including notes as required.">
  • Perform intake with new clients.">
  • Ensure doctor's orders are followed.">
  • Obtain vital signs from clients as needed or as ordered by the doctor.">
  • Respond to staff needs – give PPD tests, respond to medical codes.">
  • Audit charts, ensure medical inventory is stocked.">

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
