Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional

Estimated Salary: $16-$18/hour based on experience and location in Charlotte.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver personal care services, including medication reminders, wound care, and basic first aid.
  2. Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  3. Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting overall well-being.
  4. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements:
  • Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and negative TB test within 12 months required.
