Job Responsibilities
• Provide assistance to members with their purchases, responding to their queries and resolving any issues
• Maintain the parking lot area, ensuring it remains clean and well-organized
• Ensure cart availability and accessibility to members at all times, restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$23.00, dependent on location and experience. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be awarded, and we provide a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), and company-paid life insurance.
