We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer and Assistant Purchasing Manager to purchase goods and services according to departmental and organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead, develop, train, and mentor a team of buying professionals.
  • Issue, review, and approve compliant purchase orders.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best price, value, and terms.
  • Maintain pricing histories and other vendor records.
  • Evaluate vendors based on price, reliability, capability, and previous transaction history.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
