About the Position

The State of California is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Director of Climate Finance to join its team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for managing the Climate Catalyst Revolving Loan Fund (CCRLF) program and related activities.

This position requires excellent leadership and management skills, as well as a strong understanding of climate finance and policy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading and implementing financing programs, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CCRLF program and related activities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the CCRLF program
  • Oversee the development of credit underwriting and servicing activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve program goals

Requirements

  • Masters degree in business administration, finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in finance and policy
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong understanding of climate finance and policy

Benefits

The State of California offers a competitive salary range of $108,548 - $155,013 per year, depending on experience. This position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement plan.
