  • Current LPN or LVN licensure in the state of residence.
  • Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Additional certifications as mandated by state regulations, including CPR/FA and HIV/AIDS certification.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, individuals served, and families.
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to comprehend complex instructions and document care effectively.
