  • Facilitate monthly and quarterly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Respond to inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders regarding auditing and regulatory matters.
  • Assist in the development and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the health system.
  • Implement necessary checklists and procedures to maintain continuity of patient care.
  • Engage proactively with vendors to ensure compliance with health system policies.
  • Utilize ERP systems to identify and strategize process improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in external collaborations to align with industry best practices.
  • Apply LEAN principles to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in healthcare supply chain management.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Health Services Administration.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience in healthcare supply chain management.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various database management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
