We offer an $8,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and conditions for payment, in addition to a comprehensive benefits and compensation package that begins on your first day.
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of nursing services within a specific department, aligning with the goals of Providence Health & Services System and Regional objectives. This role emphasizes the importance of balancing high-quality patient care, staff and patient satisfaction, and collaborative relationships with other departments and professional groups. With a steadfast commitment to patient-centered care and safety, the Assistant Nurse Manager establishes and upholds standards and systems for care delivery within their department.

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- National Certification from ANA or a Professional Organization in a relevant clinical specialty upon hire.
- Six years of nursing experience with a background in progressive leadership roles.
