KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for a skilled AM Bread Baker. Your main duties will include:

• Efficiently preparing all menu items and crafting bakery products following established recipes.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized baking area.
• Consistently producing recipes that meet our high standards.
• Arriving on time for scheduled shifts in the appropriate uniform.
• Executing advanced production tasks, including opening and closing bakery operations and adhering to the daily baking schedule.
• Collaborating with fellow bakers to achieve daily objectives.
• Understanding kitchen operations, including portion control and recipe development.
• Managing inventory, placing orders, and receiving supplies as needed.
• Practicing safe food handling and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• Assisting team members as required.
• Cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment and tools.
• Following company policies and reporting any equipment issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A culinary degree or certificate from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience as a baker in a reputable establishment.
• Knowledge of American and European pastry and bread-making techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to support your colleagues.
