Primary Duties
  • Supervise both clinical and administrative activities within the healthcare facility
  • Address inquiries and offer empathetic assistance to patients and families
  • Lead the facility in the absence of senior management
  • Deliver proficient nursing care directly in patients' residences
Qualifications
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with at least an Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • At least three years of hands-on patient care experience required
  • Prior leadership experience in a healthcare environment is essential
  • Familiarity with hospice or home health care practices
  • Current nursing license and CPR certification are mandatory
