Department: Medical-Surgical Unit
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate starting at $34.68, with potential increases based on experience.
Work Schedule: Night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilizing a Relationship-Based Care Model, our registered nurses are responsible for:
- Admitting and managing patient care
- Educating and supporting patients and their families
- Monitoring and managing symptoms
- Facilitating patient discharge processes
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Current BLS certification
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- Minimum of one year of experience in an acute inpatient setting
