We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our clinical team at Wellpath. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to inmates in a correctional facility.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for inmates
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and suicide prevention services
- Collaborate with security and healthcare staff to ensure inmates receive appropriate care
- Document all findings and treatment plans in accordance with company and facility policies
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- One or more years of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting
- Unrestricted, current license in the state of practice
