Job Overview

BRIA is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a Mental Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address the psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement mental health progress plans.
  • Support residents in adjusting to changes or challenges in their lives.
  • Contribute to resident growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Social Services is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Crisis Prevention (CPI) certification is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
