Bakery Sales Associate

Hannaford is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Bakery Department. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of the Bakery Department.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Support the sales and merchandising efforts of the Bakery Department by rotating stock, setting up displays, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Work effectively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
