Role Overview:
As a Client Solutions Executive, you will play a pivotal role in securing contracts within multiple dwelling unit (MDU) and multi-tenant (MTU) communities. Your efforts will enable Verizon to broaden its reach and enhance revenue penetration for Verizon Home Internet services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Contract Negotiation:** Engage with owners, developers, and builders of MDU/MTU housing to establish Broadband Access Agreements and Marketing Agreements, facilitating network deployment and marketing of voice and internet services.
2. **Customer Engagement:** Initiate face-to-face interactions with high-value stakeholders to present and secure marketing rights for Verizon's comprehensive suite of services, competing directly with other providers.
3. **Business Development:** Utilize telephone and mass communication strategies to introduce our value proposition, identifying key decision-makers and understanding their budget and timelines.
4. **Relationship Management:** Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring accurate data management in sales databases and preparing insightful sales pipeline reports.
5. **Market Positioning:** Establish Verizon as the preferred provider for voice and broadband services through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in sales or business development.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Strong consulting skills, including prospecting and sales planning, with a focus on value-based selling.
- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment.

Work Environment:
This role primarily involves working from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to Verizon offices for training and meetings.
