Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical documentation to support Enterprise products.

  • Conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather data for content.
  • Manage and control documentation and training material development projects and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, SMEs, and external team members to obtain necessary information.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Key Skills: FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, RoboHelp, Photoshop, content management systems, and DITA.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to clearly translate highly technical information into easily used and understandable text and illustrations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with engineering, marketing, SMEs, and external team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of electronic publishing including FrameMaker, Adobe Illustrator, RoboHelp, Photoshop, content management systems, and DITA.
  • Experience: 4-7 years preferred.
