Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in task groups with multi-site and/or company-wide impact.
  • Develop and execute special projects that add value to the nursing center.
  • Observe or fully contribute in all aspects of leading a nursing center, including family conferences, team meetings, new employee orientation, clinical care conferences, financial and labor management meetings, and more.
  • Provide center leadership with regular support, feedback, and information regarding current nursing center operations and suggestions for improvement.
