About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Administrator in Training at Madison Center - Cheat Lake, WV. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our nursing center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the nursing center, including family conferences, team meetings, and financial management.
  • Develop and execute special projects to improve nursing center operations and patient care.
  • Collaborate with center leadership to provide regular support, feedback, and information regarding current operations and suggestions for improvement.
